How to make an order
In order to purchase any item from the assortment, you need to perform the following actions:
- Select the item of interest, specify the size and quantity, then click the BUY button - the item will be added there.
- Go to the cart, if necessary, edit the quantity of the item, and click the CHECKOUT button.
- Confirm or provide personal details for order processing, log into your profile for access to the personal account, and click the CONTINUE button.
- At the final stage, check the information, select the optimal delivery and payment method, and click the CHECKOUT button – a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the following Monday.
- After dispatch, the order status changes to "shipped", and you will receive an email with the tracking number. Depending on the selected shipping method, you can track the route on the courier service's website.
- If you have any questions, the online store manager will contact you to clarify the details. Please note that if the manager is unable to reach you within 3 days, the order will be canceled and disbanded. Please stay in touch and provide your details correctly.
- The seller reserves the right to refuse processing future orders in case of dishonest behavior by the buyer, for example, in the presence of previous instances of refusal to redeem delivered orders.
